Thomas Rutherford Hospital and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. He is an attending Emergency Physician at St. St.Amant moved to Franklin, Tennessee in 2013. He is currently still a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves.ĭr. St.Amant was deployed 3 times overseas serving in Haiti, Iraq and Afghanistan as the physician on both a Tactical Critical Care Evacuation Team and Mobile Forward Surgical Team. He served four years on active duty with the 96 th Medical Group stationed at Eglin AFB in Florida after completing his Emergency Medicine Residency. Air Force prior to medical school in 2002. St.Amant worked as a firefighter for the city of Auburn from 1996 -2001 and joined the U.S. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Virginia.ĭr. St.Amant received his medical degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham School of Medicine. Reiter is also the CEO of Emergency Excellence, a company dedicated to emergency medicine performance improvement.ĭr. Reiter completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he served as the national President of AAEM/RSA and Vice-Chair of the North Carolina Resident and Fellow Section. During this time, he also earned an MBA from the Rutgers Business School, where he served as Class Vice-President. He enrolled in an accelerated BA/MD program with UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he was elected to the AOA Honor Society and served as President of the New Jersey Medical Student Association and President of his school’s AMA chapter. Reiter graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers College, where he also served as Class President. He has been awarded the Young Educator Award by AAEM, Resident of the Year by AAEM, Excellence in Emergency Medicine by SAEM, and Medical Student of the Year by NJ-ACEP.ĭr. He has also served in positions such as on the Council on Legislation for the American Medical Association and on the Board of Trustees for the Medical Society of New Jersey. Reiter has been very active with professional organizations, recently serving as the President of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM). Bruno enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf in his down time and is an avid fan and supporter of Penn State Football & the University’s Athletics programs.ĭr. Bruno currently serves as the Medical Director for Saint Thomas EMS and enjoys teaching and guest lecturing on a variety of topics in Emergency Medicine.ĭr. The group proudly serves Saint Thomas-Rutherford and Saint Thomas-Midtown hospitals and takes great pride in its strong community ties. In 2011 he had the opportunity to join Middle Tennessee Emergency Physicians as an attending physician and now partner. Bruno completed an Emergency Medicine Basic Research Fellowship along with a Teaching Fellowship while serving as a core faculty member and Section Chief of Pediatric Emergency Medicine for Lehigh Valley Health Network. Bruno served four years on active duty in the United States Air Force on a Special Operations Surgical Team for the Air Force’s Special Operations Command.Īfter fulfilling his active duty commitment, Dr. He graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University and also completed his emergency medicine residency there. Bruno is a native of western Pennsylvania who received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1995. He also enjoys spending time with family with four children, non-spectator water and field sports, and fine wine.ĭr. Beier’s other outside interests include full-time management of a 180 acre beef cattle cow-calf farming operation. He previously served the American Academy of Emergency Medicine at the national level as the Chair of Governmental Affairs, and currently serves as the National AAEM PAC treasurer.ĭr. His legislative interests include due process, preservation of physician autonomy and the physician-patient relationship in the rapidly developing health care climate. Beier has been actively involved in the American Academy of Emergency Medicine for many years and currently sits on the Board of Directors at the national and state level. He previously served administratively as the Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine and currently serves on the Physician Excellence Committee at Saint Thomas Rutherford.ĭr. Beier attended medical school at the University of Virginia and completed his residency at the Hennepin County Medical Center.
